Business Continuity Risk Manager - BDO

Job Summary
BDO’s Core Purpose is Helping People Thrive Every Day.  The Risk & Resiliency Manager is accountable for managing and providing oversight of large, multifaceted accounts, as well as growing a portfolio of new accounts. The Manager is responsible for mentoring and coaching, developing innovative new services and products and participating in sales. This role facilitates training sessions, manages timelines and budgets and mitigates conflict. The Manager travels domestic and international as needed dependent upon the demands of client engagements.

Qualifications 
Education: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management or related field, required

Experience: - Seven (7) or more years of consulting experience in risk and crisis management or similar experience as a practitioner, required - Information Technology (IT) disaster recovery experience, preferred

Licenses/Certifications: - DRII, BCI or similar accreditation, preferred

Software: - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint, required - Basic proficiency with resiliency, business continuity and mass notification tools (e.g. Fusion Framework, Everbridge, etc.), preferred - Basic proficiency with technology project management methodology, preferred

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent public speaking skills - Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as needed
